Profile Matt has over 30 years of management, engineering, quality control, and regulatory inspection experience, starting with “hands-on” background in engineering and inspection. He continued his career as a Quality Control Manager for a large contractor to better understand the construction and inspection process. Building on this foundation he became a Professional Engineer and ultimately an engineering manager. Over the years, Matt has developed and implemented business plans for startup service lines to multi-million-dollar companies. Matt earned his BS in Civil Engineering from Ohio Northern University and holds his Professional Engineer certification in 18 states. Professional Experience March 2015 – Present: Matthew W. Anderson, PE, PLLC - Professional Engineer Serves as an expert and consultant, providing engineering advice and inspection services on the design, fabrication, materials used to include peer reviews, field inspections, reports and expert testimony and opinions. Projects include manual inspections of telecom tower modifications and additions, modifications and improvements to residential structures, bridges, barns and outbuildings, insurance claims, and design and construction of modifications to new aluminum bleachers to ensure safety and accessibility. Independently plans, designs, and carries out work and is responsible for all business activities pertaining to a small business. Maintains safety certifications and equipment to climb telecommunication towers, including towers over 100 ft in extreme weather conditions. January 2022 – December 2022 – Engineering Manager Responsible for planning, implementation, and oversight of short and long-range engineering strategies, objectives, procedures, and goals for the company.
